Our Military Heroes Will Have Their Day in Court
The U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has announced our Navy SEALs clients’ court date: Mark your calendars for Mon. February 6. This is a major step in the ongoing battle our military heroes are facing as they fight to serve our country while living out their faith.
Not only are we representing 35 U.S. Navy SEALs on this day in court, but we are also defending all Navy service members whose careers and livelihoods are being threatened because of their decision to live by their convictions.

These brave heroes have gone through so much since the Department of Defense vaccine mandate was enacted in 2021.
Early in 2022, First Liberty won an injunction and class certification that protected not just our Navy SEALs but everyone in the Navy who requested a religious accommodation.
We’ve seen some positive movement when the vaccine mandate was repealed this month. But thousands of military personnel remain vulnerable to restrictive deployment decisions, have threats to future promotion opportunities and are even potentially subject to unjust punishment by their commanders.
America owes it to those who defend our Constitution and our First Freedom to ensure they don’t lose the rights they so faithfully protect. They have sacrificed so much for us, and now it’s our turn to fight and win for them.
Just as America’s Navy SEALs never give up on their country when serving, we at First Liberty will never give up on our service members. As their court date rapidly approaches, we need your help to present this crucial case for our service members.
Give today to ensure we are at our sharpest to win a victory at the 5th Circuit Court!
