Here’s the thing, folks — now that 2020 is officially underway, this election year is going to fly by. January is already halfway gone, and my team is looking ahead to our Primary Election in just a few months.
We know from experience that a strong campaign staff is critical to our success. Everything we need to do before voters start casting their ballots — from recruiting volunteers to knocking on doors to running campaign ads — starts with the people we hire for Team Carolyn.
But hiring staff requires resources, so I’m reaching out to you directly.
Will you contribute $15 or more to help us hire 5 new staff members in the next few weeks? We’ve set a goal of raising another $8,000 before the weekend so we can make the best offers possible to these GREAT candidates →
When I first ran for Congress in 2018, we made huge strides in this district, turning a formerly bright-red seat into a true toss-up. We did it by talking to every voter we could reach about my promise to ensure quality, affordable health care, champion reproductive rights, and defend every American’s rights at the ballot box.
But that positive message never would have spread the way it did without a great campaign team on the ground — staffers who could organize, mobilize, and turnout voters, not to mention fight for every vote to be counted as we battled through a tough Primary, a Primary run-off election and a tough General Election against Rep. Woodall.
Now that our race has been labeled a “toss-up” and we’re facing more opponents than ever before, it’s even more important that we have the resources to hire knowledgeable and experienced staff members who can take us across the finish line to finally flip this district.
That’s why I’m asking you to chip in so we can make offers these fine folks deserve. I’ve been so impressed with the talent in GA-7. Click here to chip in $15 to help Team Carolyn hire more great staffers!
Thanks so much for your help,
Carolyn
