• Contract negotiations are entering a critical phase, and management must hear loudly and clearly that Flight Attendants are ready for contractual improvements.
• Management is trying to weaken our hard-won rescheduling provisions contained in our current agreement.
• Flight Attendants have waited years for improvements in critical areas of our contract, including Reserve Duty and Scheduling.
• We are entering the bargaining phase which includes economic items: Compensation, Vacation, and Sick Leave.
• Our Contract became amendable at the end of 2019; Flight Attendants have not had a raise since 2019.
• Airlines are set to make record profits- we want to share in those profits.
• Our Flight Attendants are unified and ready for the long-awaited improvements we deserve.
• This is not concessionary bargaining, and we are ready to take action. Time is up for management to bring these negotiations to a close.
