This week, we should be celebrating the 50th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the landmark Supreme Court case that protected abortion access as a constitutional right for decades.
But the conservative-majority Supreme Court overturned the life-saving precedent in May, and millions of Americans are now left without reproductive health care access. Now that Republicans hold the House majority, it’s only a matter of time before they try to pass a federal abortion ban.
