Dear Friend,

For the second time, Visa is being sued for its involvement with sexual exploitation.

Visa is already under fire for knowingly facilitating child sexual abuse material by processing payments for MindGeek, which is the parent company of Pornhub.

Now, Visa shareholders have filed a lawsuit that petitions to inspect the credit card company's books and records in order to investigate the “disinterestedness” of Visa's board over its business with companies that could be involved with child sexual abuse material (CSAM, the more apt term for "child pornography").

To this day, Visa still processes payment for XVideos, XHamster, and OnlyFans—all websites that are known to host CSAM, sex trafficking, and other illegal content.

Visa's annual shareholder meeting is tomorrow, January 24th, at 11:30 am EST / 8:30 am PST. Make sure that they know this is an issue their shareholders and customer base care about!

Take 30 seconds to complete this quick action form, asking Visa to stop facilitating payments for sexual abuse and exploitation.

Visa shareholders are encouraged to attend the annual meeting tomorrow and raise this issue in person.

You can learn more about the problem with Visa at EndSexualExploitation.org/Visa.

Thank you for raising your voice to call for change!

Sincerely,
