Dear NRDC Activist,

President Biden recently signed a potentially game-changing
law — the Inflation Reduction Act — that could help cut climate
pollution in half by 2030. Now, we need to make sure the law
delivers on its climate promise.

That's why I'm standing with NRDC. They are ensuring that
the Biden Administration moves quickly to write tough rules that
dramatically cut carbon pollution from vehicles and power plants
— even as it invests billions to ramp up clean energy and
climate-saving innovation in every sector of the economy.

But we must also loudly oppose handouts to the fossil fuel
industry that could prolong our dependence on oil and gas,
throwing climate progress into reverse.

by directing his agencies to make climate protection the top
