Dear NCRC members and allies,
Since the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and the Federal Insurance Deposit Corporation (FDIC) published their proposed changes ([link removed][UNIQID]) to the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) last week, we have been diligently contacting you to express our concerns with the proposal and ask for your help by submitting a comment ([link removed][UNIQID]#take-action) .

This is extremely important and we will continue to reach out with more ways you can make an impact and to remind you to comment during the short 60-day comment period. However, the fight doesn’t end when the comment period is over. We will continue to put pressure on all federal actors until the rule is finalized.

The 2020 Just Economy Conference ([link removed][UNIQID]) will be the place to hear the latest updates on CRA and talk about next steps. The next few months are critical in our fight to protect CRA, and we need you to be a part of this discussion in April.
