** The Board of AAAFund mourns the tragic Monterey Park mass shooting.
------------------------------------------------------------

AAAFund National Board Chair, Albert Shen gave the following statement on the devastating loss of life:

“We are heartbroken to hear about yet another mass shooting – this time in Monterey Park, a suburb known for its vibrant AAPI community. Lunar New Year should be a time of celebration for the AAPI community, and yet we are once again mourning the loss of family members, neighbors, and friends. The Asian American Action Fund sends our thoughts and prayers to the survivors and to the families and friends of those lost. But even more than that, we pledge to continue our fight for comprehensive gun reform and for safer communities for all.”
