I’m a big believer in common sense, folks.

That’s why I believe members of Congress and their spouses should NOT be allowed to own or trade individual stocks while holding public office.

It’s also why I’m cosponsoring the legislation that would ban this corrupt practice and increase the transparency between the American people and those they elected to serve.

I’m fighting for this legislation every day in Congress, but I need your help to keep the pressure on. So, will you add your name to demand members of Congress and their spouses aren’t allowed to own or trade individual stocks while in office? [[link removed]]

It’s simple, really. The American people deserve to know their representatives in Congress are making decisions to serve public interests—not to boost their own bank accounts.

It’s the only way we’ll begin to root out corruption in Washington and ensure our leaders are working on behalf of our interests—and only our interests.

Add your name if you agree: Members of Congress and their spouses should NOT be allowed to own or trade individual stocks while serving the American people. >> [[link removed]]

Thanks for signing on,
