Governor DeSantis continued to stand strong for Florida when he unveiled legislation to permanently END the COVID Cartel and ensure that the people of the Sunshine State are free from unconstitutional COVID mandates and restrictions, forever.
This legislation will permanently protect Florida families and businesses from the biomedical security state – demonstrating yet again why Florida under Governor DeSantis’ leadership is freedom’s linchpin.
The governor’s proposed legislation:
▪️ Makes Florida’s first-in-the-nation ban on vaccine passports PERMANENT
▪️ Ensures Florida students CAN NEVER BE REQUIRED to get COVID shots or wear masks to go to school
▪️ STOPS employers from hiring, firing, or discriminating against employees based on mRNA jabs
▪️ PROTECTS medical professionals’ freedom of speech – the exact opposite of California’s tyrannical new law that censors doctors who dissent from the COVID Cartel’s narrative

Florida’s First Lady jumped into action to help Floridians impacted by Hurricane Ian when she launched the Florida Disaster Fund in September. On Thursday, Governor DeSantis announced that $1 million raised through the fund will be used to help teachers and other school employees who suffered impacts from Hurricane Ian. The funds will be allocated to support school districts in five of the hardest- hit counties: Lee County, Collier County, Sarasota County, Hardee County, and DeSoto County.
Since its inception in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, the Florida Disaster Fund has raised over $65 million to help Florida’s hardest hit communities get back on their feet.
As the Biden administration continues to neglect its duties to the American people, Governor DeSantis is stepping up to support Floridians and keep our communities safe. This week, Governor DeSantis joined Tucker Carlson Tonight to highlight two major areas in which the Biden administration is failing to uphold their legal responsibilities: the illegal immigration crisis and the Chinese Communist Party buying up farmland across the country.
