Municipal policy can protect reproductive healthcare.

Helen Gym for Mayor

For half a century, Roe v. Wade defined our right to bodily autonomy, rooted in a fundamental right to privacy.

Then, anti-abortion extremists worked in lockstep to overturn that right. Now Kevin McCarthy’s fractured House Majority is working tirelessly to assault our right to bodily autonomy and privacy in our healthcare decisions with nationwide bans on abortion.

Municipal policy must have a serious role in protecting healthcare, and it’s imperative that our city leaders are fierce defenders of patients and providers across the city.

Together, we can make sure Philly is a sanctuary where our most sacred rights are protected. If you want a Mayor who will boldly defend reproductive freedom for all, can I count on you to pitch in $10 right now?

PITCH IN

Back in September, I helped introduce one of the strongest and most comprehensive reproductive rights packages that is going to mobilize city government to defend abortion access and protect the privacy of patients and providers.

This came as a result of working side by side with local organizers and leaders who do the work everyday to provide this critical care.

Roe was always the floor, never the ceiling, John — we must ensure abortion remains safe and accessible, for Philadelphians, and for people across the country who come to our city to seek care.

In solidarity,

Helen Gym

As Mayor, I will do everything in my power to keep abortion safe and legal in Philly, and to make sure that this life saving healthcare is accessible to everyone.

Can I count on you to chip in $10 right now to help us fuel this people-powered campaign, and stay the #1 grassroots funded campaign in this race?
