We can't let this happen -- Larry Sabato, a political analyst at the University of Virginia, found that Trump could lose the popular vote by 4% (double his loss margin against Clinton) and still win the Electoral College.

With demographic trends entrenching the divide, the Electoral College could go hand in hand with GOP voter suppression to ensure that Republicans keep a lock on power without listening to the voice of the people.
