Today marks the 50th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the landmark decision to protect a woman’s right to an abortion. But just last year, the Supreme Court undid decades of precedent by overturning this landmark decision.

Now the Republican Party has decided that overturning Roe wasn't enough. They're continuing to work overtime to strip millions of Americans of their rights.

Ohio has some of the most restrictive abortion laws in the country — and DeWine’s six-week abortion ban would make safe abortion access even more difficult. Ohio Democrats will continue fighting to elect pro-choice leaders up and down the ballot, but we need your support.

Ohio Democrats and the majority of Ohioans believe a woman has the right to reproductive freedom – including the right to safe and legal abortion. ​​But that hasn't stopped J.D. Vance, Jim Jordan, Mike DeWine, Matt Dolan, Dave Yost, and other Ohio Republicans from attacking reproductive rights at every turn.

Abortion is already 100% illegal in 12 states and highly restricted in many more states, and the U.S. House just used its narrow majority to pass two bills to limit abortion rights further. These draconian laws restrict legal abortion access and threaten the lives of millions.
