Arctic polar bears are being driven toward EXTINCTION. The Arctic is warming TWICE as fast as the United States and polar bear habitats are MELTING AWAY. To make matters worse, titanic cruise vessels can scare away the fish that polar bears eat, leaving mama bears and cubs BONE-THIN and STARVING! 

Cruise ships barrel through the Arctic, spewing HAZARDOUS POLLUTION that can IRREVERSIBLY damage fragile habitats. The pollution harms Arctic communities too! Friend, your action could help STOP greedy cruise corporations from charging through the Arctic and doing IRREVERSIBLE damage to our communities, wildlife, and planet. Arctic Indigenous communities rely on marine wildlife to sustain themselves and their way of life. Increased shipping traffic and pollution threatens to DRIVE AWAY those resources. One of the biggest offenders? Carnival Corporation! Carnival’s cruise ships lugged over 11,000 TONS OF TOXIC HEAVY FUEL OIL through arctic habitats in a single year, more than any of its competitors.

The harmful contaminants these massive ships carry can also wind up in the fish that both people and polar bears rely on. That means increasingly scarce food can be FILLED with toxins and dangerous chemicals released by cruise ships. We need YOUR help to PROTECT people and polar bears from greedy cruise corporations before it’s too late!
