John,
Today we should have been celebrating 50 years of the constitutional right to an abortion in this country. But due to an illegitimate radical right-wing Supreme Court, we find ourselves in a post-Roe world.
On the 50th anniversary of the landmark ruling that enshrined abortion rights into law, we are seeing this fundamental right being eroded or outright eliminated in roughly half the states in this country.
But we won’t go back, and we won’t back down. Over the last year, we’ve organized to expand our majority in the Senate, defeat anti-abortion initiatives at the ballot box, and built opposition against anti-abortion judicial appointments. And for however long it takes, we will keep fighting until every person who can get pregnant has access to a safe, legal, and affordable abortion. On the 50th anniversary of Roe, will you recommit yourself to the movement by contributing $10 so we can fight like hell for abortion access at the local, state, and federal level?

The right to a safe and legal abortion shouldn’t depend on what zip code you live in or what financial resources you have. And no one should live in fear of criminalization for receiving or assisting others in obtaining an abortion.
But in order to protect and expand abortion rights — and to make them stronger than ever before — we have to fight on all fronts. That means:
- Defeating ballot initiatives that restrict abortion access and working to codify abortion rights into the constitution,
- Rejecting anti-abortion judges who wish to whittle away our rights,
- Recruiting and training candidates in red states to run at the local and state level who are ready to fight for the freedom to decide if and when to grow a family,
- Challenging corporate Democrats who stand in our way,
- Relentlessly organizing against the MAGA Republican majority in the House,
- And electing champions for abortion access to replace them.
It means free, safe, and legal abortion — on demand and without apology. And it means codifying abortion rights at the local, state, and federal level.
During the midterms, voters massively rejected anti-abortion Republicans and restrictive abortion ballot measures. We need to make sure the same thing happens in 2023 and 2024. Recommit yourself to the movement today by contributing $10 and together we can ensure that today, tomorrow, and forever, the right to an abortion shall not be infringed.
