The Koch Brothers helped pioneer our dangerous, new era of corporate influence in elections. Now they're saying they'll target up to 200 races in the 2020 cycle.
That's why this election cycle--and electing an Attorney General who works for us--is so important. I know how to fight dark money, and I know how to win.
- I beat President Trump in federal court over dark money (LINK);
- Representing Governor Bullock, I authored the first executive order in the nation to require disclosure of political spending in government contracts (LINK);
- I authored and helped shepherd the passage of our nation's first foreign money ban after the 2016 elections (LINK).
