Kevin McCarthy is doubling down on his threats to withdraw all of my committees.

He just told Congressional reporters, “If you got the briefing I got from the FBI, you wouldn’t have Swalwell on any committee.”

We all know that’s bullshit.

McCarthy is targeting me for one reason and one reason only: I’m effective. Kevin and his MAGA mob hate me because I will never stop speaking truth to power, exposing their hypocrisy, standing up to the insurrectionists in their caucus, and fighting for a new generation of leadership in Washington.

The sad truth, team, is that he will never stop. So long as I am still leading the charge to hold Republicans accountable, they will keep coming after me with lies and dirty tricks.
