Sunday marks the 50th anniversary since Roe v. Wade’s decision, and the GOP’s full-scale assault on reproductive freedom has only intensified.
Republicans in Washington recently passed an extreme anti-choice bill aimed to restrict abortion access.
Safe, legal abortions are currently banned in 13 states.
And Republican-controlled state legislatures across the country are threatening to limit or completely ban reproductive freedom in 2023, including here in North Carolina.
But this is only the beginning of their assault.
