CRITICAL UPDATE: Republicans eye Kentucky as a top target in 2023.

John, there’s good news and bad news coming out of Kentucky.

First, the good news: A new Morning Consult poll found that more than 6 in 10 Kentuckians approve of the job Andy Beshear is doing and a whopping 95% of Democrats support him. That makes him the most popular Democratic governor in the country!

But there IS bad news: Beshear defeated Matt Bevin by a razor-thin margin of just 5,136 votes in 2019. And with 12 Republicans fighting to be their party’s nominee, we’re going to have to give this fight everything we’ve got.

Andy Beshear is the most popular Democratic governor in the country because he’s worked tirelessly to get things done for Kentuckians – including restoring voting rights to over 180,000 people! But that hasn’t stopped the Republican party from attacking his progress and scheming to flip the state red in this year’s governor’s race.

We cannot let them succeed – to stop them, we’ll need your help. But when we pulled our records, this is what we found.
