It is only January, and marijuana is once again one of the most popular topics in state legislatures across the country. The last few years have kept us busy, but 2023 is already shaping up to be a historic year for our movement.
Only three weeks into 2023, and we’ve already had over 1,000 cannabis-related bills come across our desk– and there isn’t any sign of things slowing down soon. As more states begin to file their initial legislation for the year, the list keeps growing, and we keep working hard to get ahead. Full legalization bills have already been introduced in several states, such as Indiana, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Tennessee, and more!
These early weeks are crucial to setting the tone for the year. For us to continue to maintain our ability to fight on behalf of every single marijuana consumer without compromise, we need your support.
