Fast forward to today, and America is healing . We've made historic investments in our nation's infrastructure, in lowering the cost of health care, and in protecting American manufacturing while at the same time protecting our climate. President Biden has signed the Inflation Reduction Act, the CHIPS Act, and the Respect for Marriage Act — codifying the right to marry who you love into law .
