I’m Jess Weldon, Arena’s new Training Director. I worked with so many incredible people on the ground last cycle, and I can’t wait to see them to level up in their careers this year. That’s why I’m so excited that our first training of 2023 is an Academy 201!

Academy 201 is a training specifically designed for campaign staff with three or more months of experience who want to:

Build on the wins of 2022 and look ahead to the challenges of 2023-24
Gain the skills to run strategic, people-centered programs
Manage people or programs on campaigns
Join a community of campaign professionals committed to growing their skills and unlocking their leadership potential to make real progressive change
