The pollinator crisis is worse than we thought, Friend. A recent study found that pollinator loss could be associated with a staggering 500,000 early human deaths a year across the globe. But companies like Bayer-Monsanto continue to profit off toxic bee-killing pesticides -- a key driver of pollinator decline. Don’t let Bayer-Monsanto continue to put our bees, planet, and health at risk: Donate $27 and help us reach our $2,340 goal by midnight tonight!
We rely on bees for 75% of the world’s food crops, including the most nutritious -- so it’s no surprise that when we lose bees, we also lose some of the foods that keep us healthy! In fact, the decline in bees and other pollinators has already contributed to a significant global loss of fruit, vegetable, and nut production. Without access to these vital crops and a healthy diet, people could be at higher risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and even cancer, according to the study.
Bees are a canary in the coal mine, signaling that the use of toxic pesticides in agriculture is on a deadly track. If our bee populations continue to nosedive, our food system could be at serious risk. But there’s still hope, Friend. Because of supporters like you, we have the chance to make real change -- change that would help save bees, people, and the planet. Will you join us in this fight?
Don’t let corporate giants put our health and planet at risk. Protect pollinators and donate $27 before the clock strikes midnight!

Bees and other pollinators are vital to the ecosystems they inhabit. You see, nearly 90% of wild flowering plant species on the planet require pollinators to aid in reproduction. Many of these plants provide crucial habitat and food for countless other species. It’s imperative for bees to not only survive but to thrive.
But many pollinators are in a terrifying downward spiral that shows no signs of stopping. Research points to pesticides called neonics as a leading cause of massive bee declines. The most widely used pesticides in the world, neonics have made U.S. agriculture nearly 50 times more toxic to insects. Neonics attack bees’ nervous systems and can harm their ability to navigate, find food, fight pests and diseases, and even reproduce!
Even honeybees are seeing increasing declines. In the past, annual winter die-offs in the U.S. would come in at around 15%. Now, they are reaching 30-50% -- in some cases, up to 90%!
The “insect apocalypse” will be here faster than we realize if we don’t act now. You may be one of the last people that shares the planet with many species of wild bees if pesticides made by companies like Bayer-Monsanto are allowed to continue wreaking devastation on our bees and other pollinators.
The damage being done is clear. But pesticide giants like Bayer-Monsanto continue to funnel big money into disinformation efforts -- all to deny and distract from the role that its products play in bee deaths. They have successfully operated this way for years, and our bees, our health, and our planet are paying for the consequences. Now is the time to stand up and demand action!
Bees, people, and the planet are on the line. Rush your $27 donation and help us reach our $2,340 goal before midnight tonight!

Friends of the Earth is doing everything in our power to fight against greedy corporate interests and protect bees and people from irreparable harm. But it’s an uphill battle -- one we can’t win without your help.
While the EU has already taken steps to protect pollinator health by banning the worst neonics, the EPA is set to actually approve these bee-killing neonics for another 15 years, despite citing “ecological risks of concern, particularly to pollinators.” States such as Connecticut and New Jersey have restricted neonics -- and yet the federal government still plans to permit the widespread national use of these toxic pesticides, putting corporate interests above pollinators and our health.
Meanwhile, scientists say that 40% of insect pollinators like bees are dangerously close to extinction -- so we must act now to stop bee-killing pesticides from threatening the survival of these fragile species.
We won’t stand by and let corporate greed trump the health of pollinators, people, and the planet. We’re pushing the EPA to ban neonics once and for all and asking big supermarket chains to stop selling foods grown with bee-toxic pesticides. With your membership support today, we can double down on these efforts and give pollinators a fighting chance! Please, Friend, will you donate $27 or more today and help us reach our $2,340 goal for pollinators and the planet?
