EHRC's statutory review - call for evidence
Our statutory review [link removed] , formerly known as Is Britain Fairer? [link removed] , is our most comprehensive report on how Britain is performing on equality and human rights.
Published every five years, it provides insights across all nine protected characteristics, to show how far Britain has come in creating a fair and equal society for all and what should be done to address inequality over the next five year period.
To help fill gaps in the data available, we are looking for expert organisations and individuals across the protected characteristics to share their own research across a range of topics.
We are particularly interested in data and evidence that show:
Trends over time, or differences between protected characteristics
The intersection of protected characteristicsThe research should be high quality and robust, such as studies which are generalisable to a wider population or peer reviewed.
The call for evidence will close on 1 March 2023.
Submit your evidence through this survey [link removed]
The statutory review reports will be divided by Great Britain, Scotland and Wales. We have therefore created separate documents outlining the information gaps across the nations, which are available below and on our website.
