Purpose: The TxDOT Odessa District is proposing improvements along SH 302 from US 285 to FM 2019 near Notrees, Texas. The proposed project is located in Reeves, Loving, Winkler, and Ector counties, Texas. This notice advises the public that TxDOT will be conducting a second virtual public meeting on the proposed project.
