Hi team,

Republicans in the U.S. House of Representatives just passed the so-called “Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act” – another political scare tactic that deliberately mischaracterizes abortion care and spreads misinformation all in service of one goal: banning the right to an abortion nationwide.

While our Democratic coalition in Congress voted NO on this ridiculous legislation, ALL New Jersey Republicans all voted in favor of this bill.  ALL OF THEM. 

Make no mistake, if they could, Jeff Van Drew, Tom Kean, and Chris Smith would ban abortions for everyone, nationwide. Thankfully, reproductive freedom is protected by New Jersey state statute, but New Jersey Democrats will never stop speaking out against elected officials who refuse to protect reproductive rights.   

Show Jeff Van Drew, Tom Kean, and Chris Smith that New Jerseyans won’t stand for this by signing the petition now!
