If you’re pro-life, you may know about the annual March for Life in Washington DC. Perhaps you’ve even attended the march yourself!
If you don’t know, here’s what it is: Every year in January, tens of thousands of people come together to celebrate life and call for action to end abortion in America. The March for Life has occurred for almost 5 decades, but this year’s march is a little different than the rest.
In the past, marchers would go to the Supreme Court to pray for the overturn of Roe v. Wade. Last year, that prayer was finally answered.
The overturn of Roe v. Wade has changed the conversation on abortion. While we celebrate the lives saved by the overturn of Roe, a new journey has begun: we are on a mission to fully protect life federally and in every state.
In our newest video, Jeanne Mancini, the President of the March for Life Education and Defense Fund, joins Craig DeRoche to talk about what makes this year’s march so unique – and why we’re still marching even with Roe overturned.
