*Any bird observed in Maine between December 14, 2022 and March 15, 2023, will help us complete the five-year Maine Bird Atlas project.*
You don?t need to be a birding expert to provide valuable observations to this citizen science project. Every bird sighting helps, even the birds in your backyard or at your feeder.?

*Sharing your sightings is easy!*
*Step 1:?*Go outside OR watch for birds in your yard from the comfort of your home
*Step 2:?*Take note of:
* What species you see
* When (day and estimate of time)
* Where you see it
AND
* How many individuals of a species you see at any one time
*Step 3:*?Create an account at?ebird.org/me [ [link removed] ]
*Step 4:?*Log into your account at ebird.org/me and click ?Submit.? Follow the prompts to enter your observations.
