The House JUST passed a critical piece of legislation to protect babies born alive after botched abortions. This Born-Alive bill is absolutely critical because states are passing barbaric bills to legalize infanticide – allowing babies to be killed up to 28 days AFTER birth. Babies NEED protection.
These are the most evil bills we've ever seen. By using the word "perinatal" (which is the period that includes up to a month after a baby is born) instead of "prenatal" (before birth), states like California are literally legalizing infanticide. And more states WILL follow suit.
We've taken action, not only filing FOIAs against California Governor Newsom over this first-in-the-nation barbaric bill, but we've been aggressively fighting on Capitol Hill.
JUST HOURS AGO, pro-life Members of Congress proposed a new bill that would REVERSE Biden's rule allowing deadly abortion pills to be sold in pharmacies and mailed directly to homes – turning your local pharmacy and the U.S. Postal Service into abortion dealers – not only killing babies but endangering their mothers as well.
But as Congress acts, TODAY we need you as we demand a vote in the Senate to protect babies and abortion survivors.
