*Purpose:* TxDOT's Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) advises the Transportation Commission on bicycle and pedestrian issues to help ensure the bicyclist's and pedestrian's perspective will be considered in the development of departmental policies affecting bicycle use and pedestrian activity, including the design, construction, and maintenance of roadways. *Purpose:* This notice advises the public that the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has issued a finding of no significant impact (FONSI) for the proposed FM 70/SH 286 Passing Lanes, and that the FONSI is available for public review.
