“US Postal Service announces $9.6B investment in new electric vehicle fleet while operating at a loss”

The United States Postal Service just pledged to spend almost $10 BILLION to replace their entire fleet of vehicles with electric-powered delivery trucks. Replacing all 66,000 trucks would make this one of the largest fleets of electric vehicles in the nation.
What a massive waste of money and time.
