LAS VEGAS, NV FROM JUNE 18-21, 2023?!

Every 2 years, the Young Democrats of America holds their convention to
reorganize all chartered units and elect officers for the Nationwide
organization. In June 2023, the 49 chapters of YDA will be converging on
Las Vegas and the Virginia Young Democrats need your help. We are still
waiting on how many delegates we can bring, but in the meantime, please let
us know by filling out this form. [5]

THIS FORM IS A PRELIMINARY APPLICATION TO HELP VAYD BEGIN THE PROCESS OF
ORGANIZING LOGISTICS FOR THE DELEGATION.

NOTE: This is not your actual delegate registration. All information that
you submit here will be kept confidential, and will only be used for the
purposes of verifying eligibility and for contacting you.

You will be contacted regarding next steps after VAYD Convention in April.

_Delegates to the YDA convention are responsible for representing Virginia
by voting in general sessions, including the elections for new officers.
You will have the opportunity to attend issue/organizing trainings,
receptions, caucus meetings and committee meetings during the four-day
conference._

_NOT ABLE TO ATTEND OR INTERESTED IN HELPING OUR VAYD DELEGATES WITH THE
COST OF ATTENDING? _

VAYD is in the process of finalizing the total cost for delegates, as we
are in the process of securing donors to support this effort. VAYD is
currently fundraising to help pay for housing and registration costs for
our delegates as we have committed to doing in the past.
