John, did you know January is Supporter Appreciation Month? We at Save the Children want to personally say thank you so much for being a dedicated supporter!
Supporters like you help make lasting change possible for children like 17-year-old Esther, who lives in Zomba, Malawi – a region that’s particularly vulnerable to the impacts of climate change. She and her family lost their home and crops to floods, and many in her community have caught diseases brought on by a combination of drought and flood.
Esther studies the impacts of climate change at her Save the Children-supported school. Now, she’s a climate activist, working to plant trees that help reduce soil erosion and educate others in her community about how they can all work together to address this crisis.
I hope you enjoy looking through it as much as we enjoyed creating it. Thank you for making all of this life-changing work possible. We couldn’t do it without you!
