An employee of the Starr County District Attorney's office in Texas was
arrested for smuggling illegal immigrants across the border—personally.


That's right: an employee of the office tasked with enforcing the law was
actively, flagrantly BREAKING it.



But it's more than that: She used her official power - her government vehicle
- to get herself a fast pass through the border.

The Starr County DA office has since fired this woman. But her presence there
in the first place underscores an important point:



For many within the judicial system, their goal is NOT enforcement of the law—
it's the enforcement of their agenda with the power of the law behind it.



We see this in action from liberal judicial activists every day:

* When liberal prosecutors in blue cities decide to stop prosecuting violent
crimes because of their ideological beliefs about our criminal justice system…
* When the Pennsylvania Supreme Court decides to amend the state constitution
by decree and change how elections are run…
* When the DOJ drags its feet to investigate firebombed crisis pregnancy
centers, but rushes to the house of pro-life dad Mark Houck to arrest him in
front of his wife and children…


Fair Courts America exists to put a stop to all that.

We say NO to anyone who would endanger equal justice under the law.



You can't open the borders with your official government vehicle. You can’t
pick and choose which laws to enforce. And you can’t use your judicial powers
to intimidate your political enemies.



If we lose the rule of law in our country… we lose our republic. It’s as
