This is an interactive, virtual training for women and nonbinary leaders who manage big responsibilities — such as processes, products or platforms — without direct reports. Meet online for four hours a week every Monday in February to learn how to use your social capital to lead with influence.

The Leadership Academy for Diversity in Media is a transformative leadership program that trains BIPOC journalists working in digital media to thrive professionally and personally. The Poynter-Koch Media and Journalism Fellowship is a year-long dynamic experiential fellowship that blends educational opportunities with work experience to accelerate your career in journalism.
