This is an interactive, virtual training for women and nonbinary leaders who manage big responsibilities — such as processes, products or platforms — without direct reports. Meet online for four hours a week every Monday in February to learn how to use your social capital to lead with influence.
Poynter will host an edition of this program open to all gender identities in July.

The Leadership Academy for Diversity in Media is a transformative leadership program that trains BIPOC journalists working in digital media to thrive professionally and personally.
