If the mac n cheese isn’t enough to entice you, we’re honored to welcome Angelina Spicer, recognized as one of Essence Magazine’s Woke 100, who will bring her undeniable humor as a stand-up comedian, viral TikTok star, and ‘accidental’ health activist to the conference stage. Her experience with post-partum depression catapulted her into the world of maternal mental health and she hasn’t looked back. We also have the privilege of welcoming Selest Manning, a Queer Navajo Community Organizer and Indigenous Healer with Blacksheep Healing. Their activism for environmental and health justice in their community of Black Mesa, AZ was featured in the Powerlands documentary.
