When I woke up the day after the election, I went back to work! I have been tutoring kids at GradePower Learning since I first left active-duty service in 2013. I always missed the kids when I was away in the Capitol, but I knew the work I was doing there would help fulfill our mission statement to "help all kids reach their highest potential."

I'm happy to report that since that day, we've almost doubled our enrollment and are back to pre-pandemic levels with multiple locations and six new teachers! Not bad for two months of hard work!

So, I'm sorry I'm not sorry for having not been as prolific with my emails lately, but there is something I do want to put on your radar. Chat GPT has taken the tech world by storm these last few weeks and as a baby-coder myself, I've been leaning in pretty hard. I think it has the ability to revolutionize work, but specifically education.

Fun fact, I even used it during my campaign a few times and I bet you'll never figure out how! Anyways, if you have kids, or know someone who does, I encourage you to read this note I just sent to my clients. I talk about some of the dangers of Chat GPT, but also it's promises to help our student reach new and even higher levels than ever before.

The world is changing, and I for one intend on leading from the front.
