Dear John,
In 2016 Kroger, the nation's largest grocer, made a promise to finally go 100 percent cage-free. After six years of boasting about this commitment, Kroger recently announced that it no longer planned to eliminate cages for all hens in its supply chain.
Now is the time to hold Kroger accountable for going back on its promise.
A cage-free commitment from a company like Kroger could reduce suffering for millions of chickens across the nation.
Animals urgently need you to press Kroger to recommit to going 100 percent cage-free. Can we count on you to take action?
