This former West Virginia state delegate live-streamed himself storming the Capitol and was arrested two days later, eventually getting sentenced to three months in prison for his role in the violence.
Now, he’s running for Congress.
Evans, a convicted felon who remains on court-supervised release, should be disqualified from holding public office under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution.
John, we’ve held folks like Evans accountable before. In New Mexico, we brought a case against an insurrectionist county commissioner – and we won.
