PAWS Chicago follows Betty’s example every day with every life you save, including Daphene. A 10-year-old cuddle monster, Daphene came to us with a painful knee injury, making it difficult for her to walk.

At our world-class Medical Center every PAWS pet receives the best care possible, no matter their illness or injury. Our surgeons repaired her knee, and she recently took her first careful steps on a short walk outside! Today, she’s happily healing and ready for a new home.
