Please join us for this learning collaborative (LC) opportunity to explore the latest emerging issues for agricultural workers and their families. The COVID-19 pandemic is still a major focus for agricultural workers and their families, including developments around vaccine boosters and hesitancy in the community. Yet, we also find ourselves at a turning point in the pandemic, as severe flu, RSV, and long COVID affect the health of our patients, and the psychological toll of the pandemic continues to impact communities and health center staff alike. The LC is meant for health center community health workers and other frontline staff who serve agricultural worker patients to share challenges, gain strategies, and explore tools and proven examples from the field to address the unique needs of their patients.

Participation in this activity consists of 4 weekly sessions, with each session covering a different topic to better meet the emerging needs of agricultural workers.
