Biden scandal: Heritage’s Oversight Project filed Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to find out who was involved with the classified documents discovered in President Biden’s former office at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, DC, and in his garage in Delaware. 

• The highly sensitive documents—discovered late last year—weren’t made public until this week.  

Rules for thee, but not for me: “There are seemingly two standards of justice in our federal government right now,” Mike Howell, director of Heritage’s Oversight Project, said in a statement.  

• In one video, Howell notes that the National Archives have not released a statement about the Biden docs despite releasing several about the Trump documents; another video shows Howell trying to deliver a FOIA request to the Penn Biden Center. 

The price of bad policy: American families have effectively lost $7,400 in annual income since President Biden took office, according to Heritage analysis of new data released on Thursday and covered by Fox Business. 

• “Every time you put gas in your tank or groceries in your back seat, you are paying Biden’s inflation tax,” writes Heritage research fellow EJ Antoni. 
• The loss in income is the result of skyrocketing interest rates combined with ever-climbing consumer prices.  

Post-Roe America: Legislators in pro-life states are assessing whether they can restrict chemical abortions, induced by pills, which have risen as the biggest threat to unborn life in the wake of overturning Roe v. Wade.
