We now have a chance to defeat one of the most evil bills we've ever seen.
A Planned Parenthood-sponsored bill was just signed into law allowing babies born alive to be killed – up to 28 days AFTER birth – in one state. The law nefariously slips in the word "perinatal" (which includes up to a month after a baby is born) instead of "prenatal" (before birth).

Now, as new legislative sessions open, other states WILL TRY TO LEGALIZE infanticide too. We've been warning you about the absolute horrors these bills would unleash.
Now we're taking action, not only filing FOIAs against California Governor Newsom's first-in-the-nation infanticide law, but we've been aggressively fighting on Capitol Hill.
The new pro-life House of Representatives JUST passed the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act. For years, Pelosi did Planned Parenthood's bidding and blocked the vote, BUT NOT NOW. And now there are two more pro-life bills being introduced THIS WEEK.
The Born-Alive Act now goes to the Senate and would REQUIRE doctors to administer lifesaving medical care to any baby who is born, including abortion survivors. But we urgently need you to take action and demand the Senate vote TODAY.
