It’s not enough to just elect Democrats.

We have to elect Democrats who feel a sense of urgency and who’ll side
with us when it matters most.

Representative Eliot Engel, the House Committee Chairman on Foreign
Affairs, has spent his entire career on the wrong side of the foreign
policy debate.

* He voted for the war in Iraq.
* He voted against President Obama’s Iran deal.
* He said he didn’t want to “tie the president’s hands” when it comes to
Trump launching strikes on Iran.
* And… he’s taken more money from weapons manufacturers than 144
Republicans in the House.

Thankfully, Justice Democrat Jamaal Bowman is running a strong campaign to
defeat Rep. Engel and replace a reliable warhawk with a dedicated
peacemaker in 2020. Especially in this moment of war mongering with Iran,
now is an important time to put pressure on Engel by supporting his
opposition and holding him accountable for his record. Jamaal has already
shown strong numbers in the latest polls, but he needs our help.
