President Biden and John Wick?  In another cringe-worthy moment, our president talks guns.  Read more below.

In a move that signals the firm anti-gun stranglehold on the City of San Jose, an ordinance requiring gun owners to carry liability insurance has recently taken effect.  GOC has been in vocal opposition since this issue first raised its ugly head – we believe mandating liability insurance for participating in a Constitutionally guaranteed right such as the Second Amendment is no different than steamrolling the First Amendment by mandating the media carry such insurance. Read more about this below.

And, although the ATF pistol brace rule has little impact on gun owners in California, this is still a big story and deserves our attention.  The bottom line is that the ATF has created millions of felons with the stroke of the pen…this is an unprecedented abuse of power. 

And check out our latest “Climbing the Gun Control Mountain: The Summit of Failure Awaits” – it’s a head scratcher for sure, because it seems that a lot of deep blue states didn’t get the SCOTUS memo on the Bruen ruling and are continuing to put the proverbial screws to responsible and lawful gun owners.  GOC has a lot to say about the legislators who think California is “special” and doesn’t need to pay attention to the Constitution!
