Did you know Friend? 👀President Biden and Senate Democrats have the power to add progressive judges that could save our federal judiciary (like- i’m talking for generations!). Here’s the tea & how you can take action with us:

🫖Right now, there are 79 open spots on the federal judiciary—and another thirty "upcoming'' spots where judges intend to retire. This means we have a huge opportunity for Biden to confirm progressive judges that’ll defend the rights of our immigrant communities. DACA continues to be attacked in the courts by conservative, Republican appointed judges,, friend. And it doesn't have to be this way.

Now that Democrats hold a Senate majority, Biden and the Senate can (and must) confirm more judges that will defend DACA and other policies that help our people thrive. In his first two years as president, Biden already confirmed Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court along with over 94 circuit court and federal judges too! That put a dent in undoing the damage from Trump’s appointments and now we need Biden to do more!!
