Every year in the month of January, we honor the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King and remember his work to create a better America.
Dr. King’s work touched many different policy points, including voting rights, racial equality and income equality. Sadly, both in Arizona and across America, the fight for all three of those policies continues.
Which is why on this designated day to honor Dr. King, we’re committed to continuing to fight for fairness when it comes to voting, racial equality, and income equality.
Hopefully one day, we can say that Dr. King’s dreams and goals are achieved. Until then, we will continue Dr. King’s work.
