We owe it to them to fight for their freedom.

Friend,

When American Heroes take the oath to protect and serve by enlisting in our
armed forces, they are willing to make the ultimate sacrifice to defend
freedom. For you. For me.For every American.

These Warriors put on their uniforms every day – and they are willing to make
the ultimate sacrifice in the name of freedom, liberty, and justice.

Unfortunately, three of those very Heroes had the freedoms they worked so hard
to protect ripped away from them.

Chief Petty Officer Eric Gilmet and Gunnery Sergeants Danny Draher and Joshua
Negron were falsely accused of a heinous crime. Their defense team was
threatened. And they’re facing up to 25 years in prison for a crime they didn’t
commit.

What started as a regular night of celebration ended in a tragic death and
three innocent Warriors facing life behind bars.

GET JUSTICE FOR THE MARSOC 3
<[link removed]>

It all started at a bar when a civilian contractor, who had been fighting with
other customers, began a fight with a group of elite Marines – the MARSOC 3.

The contractor was escorted from the bar, and all was well until Gilmet,
Draher, and Negron decided to go home for the evening.

Upon leaving the bar, the three Marines were confronted by the contractor.
Despite trying to avoid a confrontation, the contractor struck one of the
Warriors twice in the face and was in the process of throwing a third punch. In
defense of his Marine brother, one of the men struck the contractor – just once
– and sent him to the ground.

The Marines stayed with the man for hours, even bringing him back to base for
medical care throughout the night after his “friends” abandoned him.

But, the contractor tragically passed due to complications from his
intoxicated state. What followed was and still is one of the most unjust trials
our military justice system has ever seen.

The MARSOC 3 Raiders are still fighting against bias, unlawful command
influence, and intense intimidation tactics.FIGHT FOR JUSTICE >>
