URGENT ACTION NEEDED: Big Oil megaprojects are threatening to push the remaining 73 Southern Resident orcas towards EXTINCTION!

In the last two years, Southern Resident orcas Cappuccino, Marina, and now young Ripple, have all been declared DEAD. Now, only 73 Southern Resident orcas remain in the wild -- and they need your help now more than ever.

Big Oil tankers and massive cargo ships are driving away the whales’ MAIN SOURCE of food -- Chinook salmon. What’s worse -- orcas are suffering from extreme grief following the loss of their beloved family members, pushing them even further into starvation.

Yet, Big Oil is still pushing forward projects like the expansion of the Trans Mountain Pipeline and the Roberts Bank T2 shipping terminal -- which could be DEVASTATING for the dwindling Southern Resident orca population. Friend, is corporate greed really worth the loss of this incredible species? Please, add your name before the clock strikes midnight to OPPOSE these reckless projects before it’s too late for the orcas! >>

Southern Resident orcas are just ONE OIL SPILL AWAY FROM EXTINCTION -- and the enormous oil tankers and cargo ships from proposed Big Oil and shipping megaprojects will drastically increase the risk of that happening. The oil tankers from the Trans Mountain Pipeline expansion alone would increase tanker traffic SEVEN-FOLD, from one tanker a week to more than ONE EACH DAY speeding through delicate orca habitat.

What’s more -- the massive container ships from the proposed Roberts Bank T2 terminal project will further disrupt the migration patterns of Chinook salmon, leaving orcas with fewer and fewer of their primary food source, leading to severe MALNUTRITION AND STARVATION.

The last 73 Southern Resident orcas are already starving, grieving, suffering, and clinging to survival. Surely, these innocent creatures deserve a better fate than this! Please, Friend, act now before it’s too late: Sign the petition before midnight tonight to help SAVE vulnerable orcas, the oceans, and our planet! >>

Thank you for taking action to save endangered Southern Resident orcas!
