Just last night, Aurora Regino, along with our very own Executive Director Mark Trammell joined Jesse Watters Primetime to announce our latest lawsuit to defend parental rights.
The Chico Unified School District preyed on Aurora’s 11-year-old daughter who was grieving after the death of her grandfather and convinced her to identify as a male behind her mother’s back.
We’re fighting back against this unconstitutional “Parental Secrecy Policy” that the Chico Unified School District and others argue is the law.
Not only is it not the law it clearly violates the Fourteenth Amendment.
Parents should be the one raising their kids – NOT random school guidance counselors.
